That is why it is important to seek counsel when a thought becomes too overwhelming. There is truly no counsel as powerful and reassuring as prayer and embracing the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Of course, the study of God’s word will help give written guidance on answers to our thoughts. The Bible has instruction, disciple and reproof, that will correct and cure our troubled minds. If we allow it to. Jesus said, ” Come unto me all of you who are weary and over-burdened, and I will give you rest. Matt 11:28

The scriptures offer wisdom and comfort, guiding individuals to find solace and strength in times of trouble. Faith and understanding lead to peace and assurance from the words of the Bible and the teachings of Jesus.

Mental health is a significant concern, in our country and people are wrestling trying to cope. With the many issues, in our society, war, healthcare, poverty, and oppressive leaders, we must seek out ways to live beyond the spiritual attacks of Satan and his devices.

While meditation and other self-help practices, are good the only help that I know of is accepting the Lord Jesus into your life. He is the answer to peace. He is the Prince of peace. Jesus said. “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me…..for my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matt 11:29.
