The Birth of Jesus. Matt 1:18

“Joseph thou son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.” Matt 1:20

Why do we observe the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? The birth of Christ was an unusual occurrence. It was a holy supernatural event and it changed the world.

We set this day aside because, this child Jesus was born to interrupt and overcome the bondage of injustice, perversion, and wickedness of the day- for all eternity. This was the plan of God and just as it was when Jesus was born it applies to our time now. God still has a plan.

I believe that He still has a plan for us even in the midst of our crisis, anger, fear, sickness, weariness, and anything that is happening in our lives today. Wise men are still seeking Christ, and if you will allow him into your heart, just as the Angel spoke to Joseph, he will speak to you as well. “Fear not! For that which was conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.”

If you can believe, Jesus Christ is working miracles every day. “Fear not.”
